Unit Transfer Date definition

Unit Transfer Date means the date, after the registration of the Condominium, on which a registerable transfer/deed of the Unit shall be given to the Purchaser, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Provided that in the event that the Creating Documents have already been registered for not less than 21 days then the Closing Date shall, at the option of the Vendor, also be the Unit Transfer Date;
