Unit Settlement Notice definition
Unit Settlement Notice means a written notice by a Participant to the Corporation electing to settle the vested Units;

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any U.S. Participant fails to timely submit a Share Unit Settlement Notice in accordance with the foregoing, then such U.S. Participant's Share Unit Settlement Date shall be deemed to be the fifth anniversary of the Share Unit Vesting Determination Date, in addition, such settlement shall be in the form of Shares, Cash Equivalent, or a combination of both as determined by the Corporation in its sole discretion.
