Unit Proportion definition
Unit Proportion means the number of Units held by a Member divided by all of the Units then issued and outstanding. The definitions set forth in the Act shall be applicable, to the extent not inconsistent herewith, to define terms not defined herein and to supplement definitions contained herein.
Unit Proportion means the number of Redeemed Units held by the Redeemed Partner divided by all Units then issued and outstanding.
