The Contractor, in all cases, will be paid the amounts set forth in the Unit Price Summary only for the actual amount of Work performed under the Contract and no payment shall be due or made for Work that is not actually performed.
Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, for any Extra Work performed or materials furnished in addition to that or those specified in this Contract for which unit prices in the Unit Price Summary are applicable, Contractor shall be paid the applicable unit prices for completion of such Extra Work.
