Unit Mix definition

Unit Mix means the number of Qualifying Houses and the number of Residential Dwellings that by definition shall not be counted as Qualifying Houses that will be constructed on the Site in accordance with the Planning Permission
Unit Mix means the household income levels permitted for each Affordable Unit, as follows:
Unit Mix means the number of flats and the number of houses the sum of which shall for the avoidance of doubt equal the total number of Housing Units to be constructed on the Land or created by conversion of an existing building on the Land and including a breakdown of houses and flats by number of bedrooms.

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • FTPS Unit means Units which are purchased through the Fund/SERV(R) trading system or on a manual basis through FTP Services LLC or for which FTP Services LLC is acting as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent.
