Unit Holder Register definition

Unit Holder Register means the register maintained by the Company at its principal office or by the Company’s duly appointed agent, setting forth the name, address and Capital Contributions of each Unit Holder (or such Unit Holder’s predecessors in interest), and the number of Units, certificate number(s) and date of issuance of Units issued to each Unit Holder, which register shall be modified from time to time as additional Units are issued and as Units are Transferred pursuant to this Agreement.

Unit Holder Register means the Register of unitholders kept in accordance with Regulation 24 of the Unit Trust Corporation Third Unit Scheme Regulations, 2014.

Examples of Unit Holder Register in a sentence

  • The Management Company shall give the Unit Holders the option at the time of opening of Unit Holder Account (via the Investor Account Opening Form) within the Unit Holder Register to receive new Units instead of cash dividend.
