Unit FF&E definition

Unit FF&E. The specific items of furniture, fixtures and equipment, if any, from the Unit FF&E Specifications which are installed or (if such items have been acquired by Owner for installation) to be installed in a particular Unit Improvement and any replacement parts thereof and for which advances are made by Owner hereunder.
Unit FF&E. The specific items, if any, from the FF&E Specifications which are installed or (if such FF&E Specifications have been acquired by Owner for installation) to be installed in a particular Unit Improvement and for which advances are made by Owner hereunder.
Unit FF&E means all window coverings, cabinets, countertops, wall finishes, carpeting, refrigerators, dishwashers, trash compactors, stoves, ovens, installed/attached microwave ovens and other built-in appliances now or hereafter located in the Units, and attached beds now or thereafter located within studio apartment Units.

Examples of Unit FF&E in a sentence

  • Agent shall promptly deliver to Owner and any Assignee any such amended, modified or supplemented Unit Plans, Unit Budget or Unit FF&E Specifications.

  • Inspections and approvals of any Unit Plans, Unit Premises, Unit Improvements, Unit FF&E, and Unit and the workmanship and materials used therein impose no responsibility or liability of any nature whatsoever on Owner, and no Person shall, under any circumstances, be entitled to rely upon such inspections and approvals by Owner for any reason.

  • Agent covenants that it will not use, carry on construction with respect to, or occupy any Unit or permit the use, construction, or occupancy of any Unit Premises, Unit Improvements, Unit FF&E or Unit at a time when the insurance required by paragraph (a) of this subsection is not in force with respect to such Unit Premises, Unit Improvements, Unit FF&E or Unit.

  • Owner desires to appoint Agent to act as agent for Owner in connection with the selection of Owner's fee and/or leasehold interests in Unit Premises from time to time, and with the construction of Unit Improvements and the installation of Unit FF&E thereon, if any, and in connection with all matters related to such construction, and Agent wishes to accept such appointment.

  • Agent agrees all in accordance with its best business judgment and this Agreement to select Unit Premises for acquisition by Owner and to contract for and supervise the good and workmanlike completion of the Unit Improvements and installation of the Unit FF&E on each Unit Premises, suitable for its intended use.

  • Unit FF&E or Unit is subject to any Lien, except for Permitted Liens.

  • Agent shall use every commercially reasonable precaution to prevent loss or damage to any Unit Premises, Unit Improvements, Unit FF&E, or any Unit and to prevent injury to third Persons or property of third Persons.

  • Agent shall deliver to Owner and any Assignee a specific itemization of all items of Unit FF&E installed in such Unit.

  • With respect to any Unit Premises, Unit Improvements, Unit FF&E or Unit, Agent shall make all required reports to the appropriate taxing authorities and Owner shall capitalize and include as an element of Unit Acquisition Cost of a Unit during the term of this Agreement the taxes that Agent would be required to pay if such Unit Premises, Unit Improvements or Unit was a Parcel of Property under paragraph (c) of Section 9 of the Lease.

  • These include: • an employee engagement app; and • webcasting so we can live stream events and broadcast these to a wide audience across the Council.

Related to Unit FF&E

  • Heat unit means a unit of energy equal to the product of the peak kilovoltage, milliamperes, and seconds, i.e., kVp x mA x second.

  • Rooming unit means any room or group of rooms forming a single habitable unit used or intended to be used for living and sleeping, but not for cooking or eating purposes.

  • Unit owner means the declarant or other person who owns a unit, or a lessee of a unit in a leasehold common interest community whose lease expires simultaneously with any lease, the expiration or termination of which will remove the unit from the common interest community but does not include a person having an interest in a unit solely as security for an obligation. In a condominium or planned community, the declarant is the owner of any unit created by the declaration until that unit is conveyed to another person, in a cooperative, the declarant is treated as the owner of any unit to which allocated interests have been allocated pursuant to section 38-33.3-207 until that unit has been conveyed to another person, who may or may not be a declarant under this article.

  • GP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a GP Unit of the Partnership.

  • Generating Unit means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator(s) and air emission control devices.

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • Common Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(g) hereof.

  • Unit and “Quality” means the unit and quantity specified in the schedule.

  • General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.

  • Partnership Unit means, with respect to any class of Partnership Interest, a fractional, undivided share of such class of Partnership Interest issued pursuant to Sections 4.1 and 4.3 (including Performance Units). The ownership of Partnership Units may be evidenced by a certificate for units substantially in the form of Exhibit D-1 or D-2 hereto or as the General Partner may determine with respect to any class of Partnership Units issued from time to time under Sections 4.1 and 4.3.

  • FTPS Unit means Units which are purchased through the Fund/SERV(R) trading system or on a manual basis through FTP Services LLC or for which FTP Services LLC is acting as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent.

  • OP Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03(c) hereof.

  • Electric generating unit means an individual electric generator and its associated plant and apparatus whose electrical output is capable of being separately identified and metered. Emergency Condition shall mean a condition or situation: (1) that in the judgment of the Party making the claim is imminently likely to endanger life or property; or (2) that, in the case of the CAISO, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to, the CAISO Controlled Grid or the electric systems of others to which the CAISO Controlled Grid is directly connected; (3) that, in the case of the Participating TO, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to, the Participating TO’s Transmission System, Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, Distribution System, or the electric systems of others to which the Participating TO’s electric system is directly connected; or

  • sub-unit means, with respect to any currency other than euro, the lowest amount of such currency that is available as legal tender in the country of such currency and, with respect to euro, means one cent.

  • Dwelling unit means a single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.

  • Common Unit means a common unit representing a limited partner interest in the Partnership having the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class C Unit means a Partnership Security representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and Assignees, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the Class C Units in this Agreement. The term “Class C Unit” does not refer to a Common Unit until such Class C Unit has converted into a Common Unit pursuant to the terms hereof.

  • Mobile food unit means a vehicle-mounted food service establishment designed to be readily movable.

  • Operating Unit means, for purposes of this part, primary and constituent operating units designated as such in the Department Order Series of the De- partment of Commerce and, in addi- tion, the Office of the Secretary.

  • Class B Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a)(ii).

  • Management Unit means an area established by the Commission for management purposes.
