Examples of Unit Exchange in a sentence
The Dollar or Foreign Currency or currency unit amount receivable by Holders of Registered Securities denominated in a currency unit who have elected payment in another currency or currency unit as provided in paragraph (b) above shall be determined by the Company on the basis of the applicable Official Currency Unit Exchange Rate set forth in the applicable Exchange Rate Officers’ Certificate.
