Unit Effective Time definition

Unit Effective Time has the meaning set out in the Transaction Agreement;
Unit Effective Time has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

Examples of Unit Effective Time in a sentence

  • Subject to the General Partner determining otherwise or as otherwise may be required under the Code or applicable U.S. Treasury Regulation, the first fiscal period of the Partnership will end on the final day of the fiscal year of Holdings in which the Unit Effective Time occurs.

  • First Effective Time has the meaning specified in Section 2.02.

  • Merger Effective Time means “Effective Time,” as that term is defined in the Merger Agreement.
