Unit Common Area definition

Unit Common Area means the area within a Boryla Unit that is available for common use by its Residents, including, without limitation, bathroom(s), kitchen, and living room areas, and all furniture, furnishings, appliances and equipment therein.

Unit Common Area or "Unit Common Areas" shall mean those areas of the Unit, whether interior or exterior, open to the public, or all of the tenants of the Unit and not leased to a particular tenant.

Unit Common Area means that area which is a portion of the square footage of the Building Common Elements, as determined by the Landlord's Consultants based upon the ratio which the Rentable Area of the Unit bears to the total of the Rentable Areas of all Condominium Units in the Building.

Examples of Unit Common Area in a sentence

  • Owner may store but has no duty to store property removed after eviction or after Resident has Abandoned the Premises and Unit Common Area.

  • The Premises and Unit Common Area are also deemed Abandoned ten (10) days after the death or incarceration of a sole Resident.

  • Subject to state and local laws, Owner has a lien on all property left in the Premises and Unit Common Area to secure all sums owed.

  • We will abide by all state and local laws regarding the determination that the Premises and Unit Common Area are abandoned and the disposition of Resident’s abandoned property.

  • Owner and Resident agree that they each inspected the Exclusive Space and Unit Common Area prior to move-in and did not observe any evidence of bed bugs or a bed bug infestation.

  • Resident must surrender the Exclusive Space and Unit Common Area before the period of time for deposit refund begins.

  • In the event that Resident fails to keep the Exclusive Space and the Unit Common Area in a good and clean condition, Owner may charge Resident a reasonable cleaning fee.

  • Immediately after the Resident Abandoned the Premises and Unit Common Area, or after the Resident has been evicted, Owner has the right to enter and take possession of the Premises and Unit Common Area and remove, store, sell, or throw away Resident’s property left in the Premises and Unit Common Area at Resident’s expense, and exercise other rights relating to clean-up, repairs, and Security Deposit deductions.

  • Resident shall maintain and keep clean the Exclusive Space and the Unit Common Area.
