Unit Commencement Date means, in respect of each Unit (if applicable), the date specified in the Notice of Commencement of Unit set out in Schedule 2 Part 1 and 2 (Unit Commencement Forms) as being the dates on which that Unit will begin generation and delivery of Early Operating and/or Commercial Energy to the Delivery Point;

Examples of Unit Commencement Date in a sentence

  • The Incentive Period in respect of the Stock Units shall commence on the Stock Unit Commencement Date specified in the Award Agreement and end on the Stock Unit Expiration Date specified in the Award Agreement.
