Unit Cap is defined in Section 16.4(b).

Unit Cap has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6(c) hereof.

Upon each such event, the Partnership shall appropriately adjust the Aggregate Unit Cap, Extinguishment Price, Floor Price, Unit Cap and Strike Price. Whenever an adjustment is made as provided herein, the Partnership shall (A) promptly prepare a certificate setting forth such adjustment and a brief statement of the facts accounting for such adjustment, (B) promptly file with the Trustee a copy of such certificate and (C) mail a brief summary thereof to each Holder of a CVI. Such adjustment, absent manifest error, shall be final and binding on the Holder hereof. Each outstanding CVI Certificate shall thereafter be deemed to be amended to provide for the adjusted Aggregate Unit Cap, Extinguishment Price, Floor Price, Unit Cap and Strike Price. Unit Cap means each of the Series C Unit Cap, Series B Unit Cap, Series A Unit Cap, the Founder Unit Cap, the Common Unit Cap and the Management Incentive Unit Cap.
