Unit C. Included: All Full-time Clerks and Dispatchers Excluded: All managerial employees, confidential employees, casual, seasonal and part-time employees, Sheriff, employees in the rank of Lieutenant and above, Deputy Sheriffs and all other employees. Unit D: Included: Full-time Captains.
