Unit Adjustment definition

Unit Adjustment means an amendment to the number of units held by the Share Basket Component as a result of a Share Basket Disruption Event.

Examples of Unit Adjustment in a sentence

  • If more than one LTIP Unit Adjustment Event occurs, the adjustment to the LTIP Units need be made only once using a single formula that takes into account each and every LTIP Unit Adjustment Event as if all LTIP Unit Adjustment Events occurred simultaneously.

  • If an LTIP Unit Adjustment Event (as defined below) occurs, then the General Partner shall make a corresponding adjustment to the LTIP Units to maintain the same correspondence between Common Units and LTIP Units as existed prior to such LTIP Unit Adjustment Event.

Related to Unit Adjustment
