The initial members of the NAC shall be composed of the individuals who, as of the date hereof, serve on the Advisory Committee of Unistar Nuclear Energy, LLC pursuant to the Unistar Nuclear Energy, LLC Operating Agreement, dated as of July 20, 2007, by and among Constellation, EDFD and Unistar Nuclear Energy, LLC.
