Unique needs definition

Unique needs means that every person has got their own needs which are different from everybody else’s.
Unique needs solely at the District’s discretion the District may authorize payment of the differential when the District concludes that the unique requirements of an Instructional Assistant – SPED’s specific assignment reasonably justify the differential.
