Unique Material definition
Unique Material means material used only in the processing, packaging, and testing of Devices for Buyer and not used for devices of Supplier or its other customers.
Unique Material means those items listed in Schedule 1 which is attached and incorporated by reference and any volume based commitments made by WADC based upon ICI's orders.
