Network Element is As Defined in the Act.
child care element of working tax credit means the element of working tax credit prescribed under section 12 of the Tax Credits Act 2002 (child care element).
Element means each Transmission Line or each circuit of the Transmission Lines (where there are more than one circuit) or each bay of Sub-station or switching station or HVDC terminal or inverter station of the Project, including ICTs, Reactors, SVC, FSC, etc. forming part of the ISTS, which will be owned, operated and maintained by the concerned ISTS Licensee, and which has a separate Scheduled COD as per Schedule 2 of this Agreement and has a separate percentage for recovery of Transmission Charges on achieving COD as per Schedule 5 of this Agreement;
Cloud Service Provider or CSP means a company or organization that offers some component of cloud computing – typically Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) – to other businesses, organizations or individuals.
Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;
