Unique Client Code means a code specified and created by Strate identifying the owner of MM Securities and linking the MM Securities Accounts in the Securities Ownership Register with the relevant owner thereof.

Examples of Unique Client Code in a sentence

  • The Business Associate shall not execute any order of the client unless DSPL confirms in writing that the Client Registration Form and Member Client Agreement is in order and DSPL allocates the Unique Client Code to the Client.

  • The stock broker shall ensure to place orders and execute the trades of the client, only in the Unique Client Code assigned to that client.

Related to Unique Client Code

  • End Client means the end client (if any) in respect of the project in connection with which the Supplier is providing its Services as a sub-contractor;
