Provide the Projected Attendance, Unique Attendees, Non-Local Unique Attendees and Room Nights submitted in the Elite Event Funding Application.
Provide the Actual Attendance, Unique Attendees, Non- Local Unique Attendees and Room Nights generated resulting from the event.
Attendees An Association staff member shall represent the bargaining unit alone, or with not more than five (5) employees. The Association will state the names and work areas of the employees, if any, who are to attend the meeting. Representatives of the Employer shall meet with the Association representatives. The Manager of Employee Relations will attend such consultations whenever feasible providing that his/her attendance may be specifically requested and complied with by notice of either the Association or the Employer.
Attendee or “Participant” means persons attending or participating in the Program as (i) a presenter, speaker, trainer, or student, (ii) the Judicial Council’s staff, and/or (iii) the guests of any of the persons listed previously.
Unattended , in relation to a vehicle, means that the driver has left the vehicle so that the driver is more than 3 metres from the closest point of the vehicle.
Walked means when an Attendee with a confirmed reservation is denied a room for any reason.
Itinerary means the Itinerary for Your Tour issued by Us, subject to any amendments made by Us from time to time in accordance with the Contract.
