UnionPay Card definition

UnionPay Card. A bankcard issued by an Issuing Member and bearing UnionPay Marks, including but not limited to debit cards, credit cards, etc. The UnionPay Card under this Agreement refers to the bankcard that is eligible to participate in the Online and/or POS Program.
UnionPay Card means a card solely displaying a UnionPay International logo. Some banks issue dual- branded cards, which display a UnionPay International logo and also a Visa or Mastercard logo. In a card-present or MOTO transaction, if a dual-branded card displays a Visa logo, the card is then processed as a Visa card, or if it displays a Mastercard logo, the card is then processed as a Mastercard. This happens automatically. In an electronic commerce transaction, the cardholder selects whether a dual-branded card is processed as UnionPay
UnionPay Card means a valid and unexpired UnionPay®3 card;

  • The Promotion only applies for transactions using a single branded UnionPay Card (card number starting with 62) generated at the Shopping Centre during Promotion Period.

  • Merchant warrants and agrees that i t will at all times comply in full with any and all laws applicable to the Merchant’s business, requirements of applicable federal, state and local laws, and relevant industry standards, including, but not limited to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ( PCI DSS), NACHA, the Rules and f urther regulations of the UnionPay Card Association.

  • The Merchant shall ensure the security of the UnionPay Card account information which includes, amongst others, card numbers, CVN, ID number and PIN (collectively named as “Personal Data”), and shall ensure that use of this Personal Data is for performing UPOP and/or POS transactions only and not for any other purposes.

  • Note: Currently ANZ eGate does not accept UnionPay Card payments.
