Union Trustee definition

Union Trustee means each individual named in Section 3.3(b) or designated as a Union Trustee pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 3.10.
Union Trustee. “Union Trustee” shall mean each individual designated as a Union Trustee in accordance with Article VI of this Agreement and, when acting as a Union Trustee, his or her successor.
Union Trustee means the Trustees appointed by the Automobile Mechanics’ Local No. 701, on behalf of the Union, as hereinafter provided, and such Trustees shall represent all Employees as defined herein and their families and dependents, as appropriate, according to provisions of the Plan.

  • One (1) Employer Trustee from the Employer members of New England Mechanical Service Contractors Association, Incorporated and one (1) Union Trustee from the Employees of the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Oil Burners Division of Local Union No. 537 shall be elected as Trustees for said fund.
