Union Territories definition

Union Territories means the Union Territories of Puducherry and the National Capital Territory of Delhi and includes any organization, agency, institution, body or department under it/them.
Union Territories means any of the Union Territories administered by the Borrower which participate in the Project and from which the Borrower has received a Letter of Undertaking;
