Union Rules definition

Union Rules means the Rules of the Union made by the Union under and in accordance with Chapter 1 Part 9 of the Constitution

  • The first fifteen (15) minutes of the first (1st) full Chorus rehearsal of the season shall be devoted to a Chorus Meeting for the explanation of Union Rules and Working Conditions, which meeting may coincide with one of the above meetings at the beginning of a rehearsal period.

  • In addition, MANAGEMENT shall provide AGMA up to fifteen (15) minutes during MEMBERS’ first day of work (i.e., first chorus music rehearsal) in each production for explanation of Union Rules and Working Conditions.

  • This power has been delegated in accordance with Union Rules to senior officers.

  • Arbitration Rules means the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures.
