Union Component definition

Union Component means the Preselection ballot of members of the Party elected or appointed under rule 18.4, 18.5, 18.6 and 18.7 as delegates to the Annual Convention and/or any Special Convention of the Party, for the purpose of preselecting candidates for Parliamentary Positions.
