Uninhabitable structure definition

Uninhabitable structure means a historic building or structure damaged as a result of a disaster and that has been posted as “unsafe/no entry” (ATC red tag) or “unsafe/limited entry” (ATC yellow tag) by the Building Official, an OES certified inspector, or a Federal inspector. An uninhabitable structure shall be a structure that is not, or cannot be, occupied, inhabited, or used for its intended purposes following a disaster, and is unsecured, as defined in this Chapter.
