Unimpacted Soil definition

Unimpacted Soil means soil that meets the soil criteria identified in Table 6: Generic Site Condition Standards for Shallow Soils in a Potable Groundwater Condition of the Soil, Ground Water and Sediment Standards for Use under Part XV.1 of the Act published by the Ministry and dated April 15, 2011, for medium-fine textured soil in industrial/commercial and community land use.
Unimpacted Soil means soil in which one or more Contaminants are present at concentrations less than the Industrial/Commercial/Community Property Use Standards within Table 4 “Stratified Site Condition Standards in a Potable Ground Water Condition” of the Soil, Ground water and Sediment Standards for Use under Part XV.1 of the Act published by the Ministry and dated April 15, 2011 for coarse textured soil.
