Examples of Unify Cloud Services in a sentence

  • Pricing and payment terms for Unify Cloud Services are defined in Annex Pricing and Payment Terms to this CSA.

  • Without requiring prior approval Unify may state the fact that you are a customer of Unify and that you are using Unify Cloud Services, without revealing specifics about the relationship.

  • Such data are not stored in or processed by Unify Cloud Services but reside only on the Users’ phone, outside of Unify Cloud Services.

  • Certain features of Unify Cloud Services allow customers and users to disclosure Personal Data to third parties.

  • Unify shall be responsible for the implementation of security measures for the Processing of Personal Data within the framework of Unify Cloud Services.

  • Unify collects and processes Personal Data only within the framework of this DPA and the TOSP applicable to Unify Cloud Services provided to Customer, and to improve and upgrade these services.

  • Unify will not provide contracted Unify Cloud Services without executed DPA.

  • You will not give any Feedback that is subject to a license that requires Unify or your Contracting Party to grant any rights (e.g. Freeware and Open Source License) or make any payments to third parties because the Feedback was incorporated into Unify Cloud Services or the Documentation or any other of Unify’s products, software, or services or other items.

  • There is no separate availability commitment for the Unify Cloud Services Support Portal.

  • Failure to do so may result in blocking access to single Unify Cloud Services Accounts or, in serious cases, of your entire access to Unify Cloud Services.
