Uniformed employees means employees hired as officers of the city’s police and fire departments and who are under the LEOFF retirement system.

Uniformed employees. Any dispute in applying this section may be resolved in accordance with the conditions of this Agreement or applicable law RCW 41.56.060. The grievance procedure shall not apply in issues pertaining to this section.
