Uniform Regulations definition

Uniform Regulations means the regulations described in Article 5.16 (Uniform Regulations); WTO means the World Trade Organization; and WTO Agreement means the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization, done at Marrakesh on April 15, 1994.
Uniform Regulations means the regulations established under Article 5.12; and
Uniform Regulations means the "Uniform Regulations" established under Article 5.12; used means "used" as defined in Article 4.1; and

  • Each Party shall implement any modification of or addition to the Uniform Regulations no later than 180 days after the Parties agree on such modification or addition, or such other period as the Parties may agree.

  • For the purposes of this Section and Section 2, upon the date of entry into force of this Agreement, the Parties shall establish a format for the certificate of origin in the Uniform Regulations referred to in Article 10.

  • Each Party shall implement any modification of or addition to the Uniform Regulations no later than one hundred and eighty (180) days after the Parties agree on such modification or addition, or in such time as the relevant amendment to the legislation enters into force.

  • The Parties shall establish, and implement, through their respective laws, regulations or administrative policies no later than six (6) months after the date of entry into force of this Agreement, and at any time thereafter, upon agreement of the Parties, Uniform Regulations regarding the interpretation, application and administration of this Chapter, Chapter IV (Rules of Origin) and other matters as may be agreed by the Parties.

  • Should problems arise between the Parties concerning the interpretation of the provisions of this Chapter, the Parties agree to consult with each other on the establishment and implementation, through their respective laws or regulations, of Uniform Regulations regarding the interpretation, application and administration of this Chapter.

  • The Committee shall meet periodically, and at any other time on the request of either Party or the Commission, to ensure the effective implementation and administration of this Chapter, Chapter IV (Rules of Origin), Chapter V (Customs Procedures), Chapter VI (Emergency Action), Chapter IX (Trade Facilitation and Additional Provisions) and any Uniform Regulations.

  • The Parties shall establish and implement, under their respective laws and regulations, on the date on which this Agreement enters into force and at any subsequent time, Uniform Regulations regarding the interpretation, application and administration of this Chapter, Chapter 3 (National Treatment and Market Access for Goods), Chapter 4 (Rules of Origin) and other matters as may be agreed by the Parties.

  • SRM Regulation means Regulation (EU) No. 806/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 July 2014, establishing uniform rules and a uniform procedure for the resolution of credit institutions and certain investment firms in the framework of the Single Resolution Mechanism and the Single Resolution Fund and amending Regulation (EU) No. 1093/2010, as amended or replaced from time to time (including by the SRM Regulation II).

  • CDM Regulations means the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

  • SSM Regulation means Council Regulation (EU) No. 1024/2013 of 15 October 2013 conferring specific tasks on the European Central Bank concerning policies relating to the prudential supervision of credit institutions, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time;

  • AIFM Regulation means Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 231/2013.

  • Regulations D, T, U and X” means, respectively, Regulations D, T, U and X of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor), as the same may be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.
