Uniform Dwelling Code definition

Uniform Dwelling Code means those Administrative Code provisions, and any future amendments, revisions or modifications thereto, contained in the following chapters of the Wisconsin Administrative Code:
Uniform Dwelling Code or “UDC” means chs. SPS 320 to 325.

  • Uniform Code means the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, as currently in effect and as hereafter amended from time to time.
