Unicoat definition
Unicoat means a coating which is applied directly to an aerospace compo- nent, to a chemically treated and unpainted aerospace component, or over an old coating system in lieu of stripping the old coating system, for purposes of corrosion protection, environmental protection and/or functional fluid resistance and which is not subsequently topcoated.
