  • Any claims by a Distributor against Unicity and/or its officers, employees, and agents can only be brought in the Distributor’s individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

  • After a disciplinary action is complete, Unicity may announce details of such disciplinary action.

  • A Distributor may act as the Sponsor for a Distributor applicant so long as the Sponsor is in good standing with Unicity.

  • Unicity is under no obligation to ship any products until full payment has been received.
