Unexpired means a prescription that was issued:
Unexpired means a patent that has not Expired.
Unexpired means that the applicable Redevelopment Regulations are still in effect on the date of approval of a Redevelopment Plan Project or Redevelopment Plan Amendment.

Unexpired patent means a patent which has not Expired.
