Unenforceable definition

Unenforceable means the inability to enforce any and all Claims against the Company, as envisaged in section 154 and/or as read with section 152 of the Companies Act, upon the Adoption and implementation of the Business Rescue Plan;
Unenforceable means that all Claims will, upon the adoption and implementation of the Business Rescue Plan, will become unenforceable against the Company as envisaged in section 154, and/or as read with section 152.
Unenforceable is used in its broadest and most comprehensive sense and includes the concepts of void or voidable.
