UNDRAWN FACE AMOUNT definition
UNDRAWN FACE AMOUNT means, in relation to a Bank Guarantee, at any time, the maximum principal amount that may be or become payable to the beneficiaries thereunder at that time;
UNDRAWN FACE AMOUNT means, in relation to a Bank Guarantee, at any time, the maximum principal amount that may be or become payable to the Beneficiary thereunder at that time;
UNDRAWN FACE AMOUNT means, as at any date, the sum of (i) the ------------------- Dollar Equivalent plus (ii) with respect to any Letter of Credit denominated in ---- Dollars, the aggregate undrawn face amount of such Letter of Credit on such date.
