Undistributed Cash definition

Undistributed Cash means any Short Term Investments held by the Company immediately following the MAP Partial Redemption.
Undistributed Cash. For any period, 25% of the excess of ------------------ "attributable" positive Free Cash Flow of each Cash Flow Business, over the "attributable" negative Free Cash Flow of each of the Non-Cash Flow Businesses. "Attributable" for purposes of this definition means the Partnership's percentage interest in the profits and income of the relevant business.
Undistributed Cash means any cash (including Additional Cash and Trapped Cash (other than Excess Trapped Cash)) held by any Wimbledon Entity at Closing.

  • Adjusted Cash Flow means, for any period (the “calculation period”), the sum, for the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries (determined on a consolidated basis without duplication in accordance with GAAP), of the following: (a) Operating Cash Flow for the calculation period minus (b) Capital Expenditures made during the calculation period (excluding Capital Expenditures made from the proceeds of Indebtedness other than Indebtedness hereunder).
