Undisputed Charges definition

Undisputed Charges means any Charges that are not subject to an Invoice Dispute and disputed in accordance with Section 13.

Undisputed Charges means all amounts for which CLEC is billed pursuant to this Agreement other than “Disputed Amounts” as such term is defined in Section 8.4 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

Examples of Undisputed Charges in a sentence

  • In the event CP does not remit payment for Undisputed Charges (defined as all charges invoiced to CP except for any specified amounts which CP disputes in good faith, with reference to specific provisions of this Agreement, and with supporting factual documentation) by the second to the last business day of the calendar month, TeleMedium may, in its sole discretion, elect to immediately terminate agreement.

  • Undisputed Charges are due and payable 60 days after receipt of invoice from Provider.

  • In the event Customer does not remit payment for Undisputed Charges by 30 days after the invoice date, Provider may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the services provided to Customer and its Clients and End-Users.

  • Customer must pay to DXC the undisputed amount of an invoice (Undisputed Charges) by the date that invoice is due for payment.

  • If a party commits a material breach of this Agreement (including non-payment of any Undisputed Charges by the Invoice Due Date) and does not remedy the breach within thirty (30) days of receiving a notice to do so, then the other party may terminate this Agreement or terminate the relevant Service.

  • Vendor may terminate this Agreement immediately if, after sending AMO a Default Notice, AMO fails to pay Material Undisputed Charges and AMO does not remit any such Material Undisputed Charges to Vendor within 90 days of receipt of such Default Notice.

  • If Customer fails to pay Undisputed Charges within 20 days after the due date for payment, DXC may terminate the relevant Contract for material breach pursuant to clause 22(a).

  • Default is defined to include: A Party’s Certificate of Operating Authority has been revoked by the Commission, or A Party's refusal or failure in any material respect properly to perform its obligations under this Agreement, including nonpayment of Undisputed Charges or the violation of any of the material terms or conditions of this Agreement.

  • In the event Customer does not remit payment for Undisputed Charges by 30 days after the invoice date, Provider may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the services provided to Customer and its Clients and End- Users.

  • In the event Customer does not remit payment for Undisputed Charges within thirty (30) days after the Due Date, Provider may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Provider Services upon 10 calendar days prior written notice (delivered via facsimile transmission and electronic e-mail, or postal mail) to Customer.
