Undisclosed regular operator definition

Undisclosed regular operator means any person including a family member, or owner of the insured car, who is not listed as a driver on the Declarations Page and has regular or frequent care, custody or control of the insured car. You must give us notice to add any undisclosed regular operator to the policy as a listed driver within four days from that person’s first use of the insured car as an undisclosed regular operator.
