Undisclosed Contingencies also shall include Claims arising out of activities carried on prior to the Effective Date that Buyer may continue to carry on after the Effective Date until known or discovered (but not including any such claims to the extent resulting from the action or omission of Buyer after known or discovered and an appropriate curative period), which Claims or activities were not reflected on the Final Closing Balance Sheet or disclosed on any of the Schedules hereto.
