Underwritten Price definition
Underwritten Price means the purchase price per share (net of any underwriting discounts and commissions) at which AHA agrees to sell the Offering Shares to the Underwriters pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement.
Underwritten Price means $4.00 per Block Trade Share; "US Securities Act" means the US Securities Act of 1933;
