Underproduction Amount definition
Underproduction Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b)(v).
Examples of Underproduction Amount in a sentence
If the Company's net gas underproduced position as to its Ownership Interests is less than 100,000 Mcf (such amount shall be referred to as the "Underproduction Amount"), then the Total Preliminary Aggregate Purchase Price shall be adjusted by the amount equal to the product derived from multiplying $1.50 by the sum of 100,000 minus the Underproduction Amount.
