Underpinning Payments definition
Underpinning Payments means any amount received by HS1 Ltd from the Secretary of State as domestic underpinning payments in lieu of the operation of the Shortfall Domestic Services; and "Vehicle Category" means each different type of vehicle used to provide the Services as specified in column B of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Contract.
