Underpayment Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(b).
Examples of Underpayment Costs in a sentence
A Stockholder’s Imputed Underpayment Obligation and Underpayment Costs shall be accounted for according to this Section 4.2(a)(ii) and shall not be taken into account in computing Profits and Losses or otherwise in adjusting the Stockholders’ Capital Accounts.
A Stockholder’s Capital Account shall be debited by an amount equal to the Stockholder’s Imputed Underpayment Obligation and Underpayment Costs.
