Underlying Security Schedule. The schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Underlying Security Schedule. The list of Underlying Securities sold by the Depositor to the Trust, which schedule is attached to the Trust Agreement, and which shall set forth for each Underlying Security the following information:

Examples of Underlying Security Schedule in a sentence

  • With respect to any Concentrated Underlying Security, Schedule A to the applicable Series Supplement shall include information regarding the payment terms of the Concentrated Underlying Security, the Retained Interest, if any, with respect thereto, the maturity or terms thereof, the rating, if any, thereof and any other material information with respect thereto.

  • The Depositor shall give or cause to be given written notice to the Certificateholders of such Series and the Rating Agency that such substitution has taken place and shall amend the Underlying Security Schedule to reflect the removal of such Deleted Underlying Security from the terms of this Agreement and the substitution of the Qualified Substitute Underlying Security or Securities.

  • The Trustee shall amend the Underlying Security Schedule to reflect the removal of such removed Underlying Security from the terms of the Trust Agreement and the substitution of the Qualified Substitute Underlying Security or Securities.
