Underlying Preference Share means, in respect of the relevant Securities, the preference share or preference shares specified as such in the Final Terms.

  • Preference Share means a preference share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the share capital of the Company.

  • Series A Preference Shares means the Series A Preference Shares of £0.05 each in the capital of the Company.
