Underlying Fund LPA definition
Underlying Fund LPA means the amended and restated limited partnership agreement dated as of August 26, 2016 between the Underlying Fund GP, the Underlying Fund and the limited partners of the Underlying Fund as the same may be further amended and restated from time to time;
