Underlayment definition

Underlayment means a course of floor material directly above the subfloor and applied as a base for any of a number of floor coverings.

  • The length of the warranty period for Titanium Underlayment depends the type of structure on which the materials are installed and the owner of the structure.

  • After our Titanium® Underlayment leaves the manufacturing facility, it is subjected to conditions and handling beyond our control that could affect its performance.

  • This warranty does not cover any problems with non-defective Titanium® Underlayment caused by conditions or handling beyond our control.

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, ▇▇▇▇▇ Corning and you agree to single arbitration of all disputes and claims arising out of or relating to this warranty or Titanium® Underlayment (“Dispute”).

  • Lifetime coverage for all Titanium Underlayment applies only to single-family detached homes where the owner of the roof is the resident occupying the home and remains in effect for as long as the owner owns the home.
