Underdeveloped property definition

Underdeveloped property means land used as a surface parking lot for parking of motor vehicles off the street or highway, that is open to public use with or without charge, as of the effective date of this section.
Underdeveloped property means a PROPERTY for which the value of assessed IMPROVEMENTS is less than $35,000 in a Residential Zone, as identified in the City of Dawson Zoning Bylaw, or less than $60,000 in any other zone.
Underdeveloped property means land used as a surface parking lot for parking of motor vehicles off the street or highway, that is open to public use with or without charge, as of June 9, 2022.
