Undercoating means any aerosol product designed to impart a protective, non-paint layer to the undercarriage, trunk interior, and/or firewall of motor vehicles to prevent the formation of rust or to deaden sound. “Undercoating” includes, but is not limited to, rubberized, mastic, or asphaltic products.
Undervote means that the elector does not properly designate any choice for an office or ballot question, and the tabulator records no vote for the office or question.
Pile means any non-containerized accumulation of solid, nonflowing hazardous waste that is used for treatment or storage and that is not a containment building.
Diversity Score means a single number that indicates collateral concentration in terms of both issuer and industry concentration, calculated as set forth on Schedule C hereto.
Encounter means a record of a medically-related service rendered by an AHCCCS-registered provider to a member enrolled with a contractor on the date of service.
Square Footage means the total gross horizontal areas of all floors, including usable basement and cellars, below the roof and within the outer surface of the main walls of buildings (or the center lines of party walls separating such buildings or portions thereof) or within lines drawn parallel to and two feet within the roof line of any building or portion thereof without walls (which includes, notwithstanding paragraph 3 below, the square footage of all porches), and including pedestrian access walkways or corridors, but excluding the following:

Population means the population as ascertained at the last preceding census of which the relevant figures have been published;
Underserved means services are significantly unavailable within the service area in a comparable setting for:
Erosion means the detachment and movement of soil or rock fragments by water, wind, ice, or gravity.
Tare Weight means the weight of an empty shipping container, excluding all materials used for wrapping, cushioning, banding, waterproofing, packaging, blocking and bracing articles within the exterior container.
sickle cell disease means a hemolytic disorder characterized by chronic anemia, painful events, and various complications due to associated tissue and organ damage; "hemolytic" refers to the destruction of the cell membrane of red blood cells resulting in the release of hemoglobin.
Severity 1 means the unavailability of multiple service resources and redundant capability is not available or has been exhausted.
Critical habitat means habitat areas with which endangered, threatened, sensitive or monitored plant, fish, or wildlife species have a primary association (e.g., feeding, breeding, rearing of young, migrating). Such areas are identified herein with reference to lists, categories, and definitions promulgated by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife as identified in WAC 232-12-011 or 232-12-014; in the Priority Habitat and Species (PHS) program of the Department of Fish and Wildlife; or by rules and regulations adopted by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Marine Fisheries Service, or other agency with jurisdiction for such designations. Reconstructive breast surgery means surgery performed as a result of a mastectomy to reestablish symmetry between the two breasts and includes augmentation mammoplasty, reductive mammoplasty, and mastopexy.
Severity means the dollar amount of losses on claims.
Severity 2 means the unavailability of an individual resource and redundant capability is not available or exhausted.
Footage means collectively all video, video tape recordings, film, photographs, digital photographs, and all other digital assets that depict or record the Event and/or Undersigned’s presence at the Event.
Knock-out Barrier means the applicable Strike.
Acre-foot means the amount of water necessary to cover one acre of land one foot deep, or about 325,851 U. S. gallons of water.
Embryo/fetus means the developing human organism from conception until the time of birth.
Unsaturated zone or "zone of aeration" means the zone between the land surface and the water table.
Limb means an arm, a hand, a leg, a foot, or any portion of an arm, a hand, a leg, or a foot.
Latency means the additional time, beyond that of the basic perceivable response time of the aircraft due to the response time of the FSTD.
Severity Level means the actual impact of a Defect on a user’s operational environment as further described in the table below.
Medically incapacitated means a person who is incapacitated as a result of prescribed sedatives, anesthesia, or other medication.
